Many SMEs lack know-how and experience when they are faced with the pressure of demonstrating governance and compliance from their own customers. Furthermore, there may be deadlines imposed by the customers.  By employing a systematic methodology to develop the GRC system for our clients, we are able to help them achieve their business objectives efficiently and quickly. 

The following flowchart depicts our Practical GRC System methodology that we employ in assisting our clients to develop a Governance, Risk and Compliance framework within our clients' organization: ​

We begin the process by understanding the business objectives of our clients. This is followed by a 'gap-analysis' of the operations of our clients. Following that, we map out all the client's processes, risks and compliance requirements, and help our clients to design policies, procedures and controls. Once these are in place, there is a roll-out and basic training on the policies, procedures and controls. Finally, the system is validated through audits and corrective action and the system is sustained through continuous monitoring and improvements. 

Throughout our Practical GRC System, where possible, Environmental, Social and Governance considerations are embedded as a practical consideration so that when the client has to demonstrate ESG metrics, they are readily available. ​
